Outsourcing Services

Although we do take on short term projects, most of what we do is outsourcing, with a local touch. It's like hiring an in-house employee backed up with all the competences and resources you need for strategy, marketing and web, without the risk.

And when we talk about outsourcing for small- and mid-sized companies it is almost always about being able to do things you couldnt do before and increase output, not about merely cutting costs as is true for large companies.

If you are a small- or mid-sized company, you probably agree with most of the following:

  • It is lonely at the top. The CEO is often the founder, deeply involved in many operational and delivery issues, and at the same time need to think about how to grow the company, where to focus, how to sell more and who should do it, all this while keeping costs under control. Imagine being in charge, and also have someone to constantly bounce strategy ideas with that can give professional advice based on the latest strategy research and client and market specific analysis. • No one is fully in charge of marketing. Marketing is not your brochures or your newsletter, not a "hit and run" thing, marketing should be long-term, and someone needs to be responsible for it. Hiring a marketing manager may seem like a solution, but even if you do, you need someone that understands the big picture and can execute hands-on on everything proposed in the marketing plan. We can. Read more about our Marketing services and marketing outsourcing...
  • Sales need more leads and prospects and a proper system to maintain this, but if they put time into it they would loose focus from closing the nearest and hottest deals. Outsourcing marketing activities, CRM system implementation and maintenance, and data entry, will provide a measurable increase of new potential clients and deals, as well as increasing output and reduce friction from using the systems.
  • All in-house programmers, if any, are busy maintaining production systems, and it would be too expensive to hire new staff just to explore new ideas or improve the effectiveness of existing developments. Outsourcing programming for a subset of your developments will significantly increase output at low cost and no little risk.
