About Ztrive

Ztrive (pronouced "strive") is a Singapore-based solution provider with a global footprint helping small- to mid-sized companies with what they need the most - growth in sales and brand - through systematic application of proven methods for market strategy, lead generation and brand building.

We provide the holistic view, methods, processes and systems needed to take care of the whole integrated environment for having the right positioning, increasing sales, and growing the prospect database and the brand.

Focused on the long tail of the consulting and outsourcing market, providing a one stop shop from strategy to online and offline execution to the systems supporting it, most of our clients opt for our outsourcing packages where we effectively act as their marketing and development arms, while advising on and assessing the effectiveness of their business development initiatives.

Our clients are IT and finance consultancies, software developers, engineering companies, mobile service providers, Web businesses, insurance brokers, among others, typically with 3 to 100 employees.

Why do we focus on these relatively small companies? Because we can and so few others do, because we really know how to make a difference for these companies so they act big and make more money, usually even lowering their total spending, and because we can give them an option that wasn't available before. We take consulting and outsourcing down the long tail, enabling our clients to become bigger fish in their pond. Because there are so many of them we are happy to do it, even for smaller fees, and because we do it so many times and perfect our capabilities, old and new clients keep coming back for more.

Ztrive's founders have many years experience from doing business development at the same type of companies that are now our clients. Lessons learned is that in good times too much money is spent on consultancies and PR agencies etc, eating up the profitability, and in bad times the budget basically goes down to zero, having to do everything inhouse if at all possible. Now it is, Ztrive was started to cater for just these companies. In comparison, big consultancies are too scattered and disparate in their expertise, and they cannot compete with our cost base due to an extremely lean organization where everyone delivers and with virtually no overhead costs. The only ones that can match us there are freelancers, which requires a great deal of expertise and resources internally to manage and control by the companies hiring them, thus not competitors looking at the big picture.
